CNC Machining

CNC Machining Prototype Part

Often times machining from billet material is the best or most efficient way to produce a prototype part. If the part geometry is conducive to machining, this may allow us to offer materials that are better suited to high strength or extreme temperature applications. Common examples are steel, aluminum, stainless steel, brass, ABS plastic, Delrin (acetal) & many others.

Our machine shop is well equipped with modern CNC equipment to support our prototype builds as well as taking on production runs for a variety of our customers. Capabilities include 4-axis CNC milling, CNC turning, precision grinding, and a variety of finishing options to meet your specifications.
